Requires an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. There is no Android version. One-time purchase with zero subscriptions or in-app transactions.

Tap Fill in from DVSA on the Dashboard and enter your registration. Each test becomes one record under Vehicle Documents on the Vehicle tab, with its date, result and mileage as DVSA holds them. This is the one thing that leaves your device, and it leaves when you ask for it.

The app says what went wrong and offers a way on: a dropped connection, a plate DVSA has no record of, or a busy service. A van under three years old has no tests yet, and the app says so rather than treating it as a failure. Everything can be typed in by hand at any time.

Track multiple vans under a single purchase. Each keeps its own logbook, reminders and resale pack, and nothing is shared or added up across them. Use Add another vehicle from the menu at the top of the Dashboard.

NomadStamp is a record-keeper, not an advisor. It never tells you whether something is due, safe or legal, and it never works a date out of a damp reading, a tyre code or a service record. You control your own schedule by setting reminders against dates you choose. A mileage reminder is the one exception, and the app shows you the date it works out from your own odometer readings.

Reminders fire on the dates you set, under Other → Reminders. A mileage reminder works out its date from the odometer readings you log, and the app shows you that date. The app never works an interval out from a tyre’s DOT code, a damp reading or anything else it was given.

Every entry can be reversed from the Undo banner that appears after it. Removing a vehicle is the one exception: it takes the whole logbook with it, asks first, and cannot be undone.

Export at any time from Other → Export Resale Pack. It builds a searchable PDF resale pack, and the contents list is the control, so you choose which sections go in. There is a complete sample on the front page.
